The Led Farmers
Indie Irish folk rock band from Ireland. Most band members hold a university degree in music — one member is even a two-time "All Ireland Music Champion." Celebrated on tours through the US and Europe as one of the best Irish live acts, with particular acclaim for their own compositions and newly arranged Irish folk classics.

Celtic Trad Music — Helen Meier, Raoul Morat & Brendan Walsh
Three of Switzerland's most active Celtic/folk musicians. Brendan Walsh, two-time All-Ireland champion from County Clare, is known for his virtuoso banjo playing. Helen Meier is regarded as one of Switzerland's most popular fiddlers, with TV appearances and a contribution to an album by rapper Bligg. Raoul Morat earned the top grade of 6.0 for his guitar concerto during his Master's degree and also plays in the folk band "Áed."
Andreas Winkler Band
Andreas Winkler whisks you away with wonderful ballads and a velvety voice into the romantic, melancholic sound world of Scotland — plus spirited songs like the ones you know from the pubs of Edinburgh or Inverness. Winkler was a soloist at Zürich Opera House for 15 years. Guest star: Sven Angelo Mindeci on accordion, with duets that guarantee goosebumps.
The Pipes & Drums of the Lucerne Caledonians
Founded in 1981 by a small group of bagpipe enthusiasts around Julius Wili — today one of Switzerland's most storied Scottish pipe bands. Performed in the tartans of Clan Lamont alongside rock band Gotthard, at the Luzerner Fest and on the Whisky Ship Lucerne, among others. Rehearses weekly at Lucerne's Wartegg schoolhouse and trains new musicians in piping and drumming.
Zurich Scottish Country Dancing Club
The ZSCDC belongs to the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society and was founded in 1963. Members meet every Tuesday evening to dance at the St Andrew's Church Community Centre. The demonstration team competes internationally and brings its love of Scottish folk dance to the stage in Zürich.
Jack's Kettle — Irish Tradition Meets Rock & Jazz
Jack's Kettle blends the rousing melodies of traditional Irish music with rock and a touch of jazz into a sound all its own — energetic and distinctive. Conor Buckley (guitar), Lennart Schandl (bass), Robin Rindlisbacher (keys) and Joshua Leblanc-Demers (drums) breathe new life into Irish folk through surprising arrangements and original compositions — sometimes soft and poetic, sometimes wild and powerful. Familiar yet surprising: Irish fusion full of energy and joy of playing.
